"Comprehensive Plan" |
Plan includes any site maintenance needs that are within our areas of
expertise and which do not amount to more than 1 hour per week on average.
Fees are paid upfront when the plan is purchased. Pro-rated refunds can be
provided only if services have been provided at about the 1 hour/week rate.
No pro-rated refunds are provided after 6 months of service of subscription

Here is a list of specific tasks performed at one-hour fee rate:
- Follow up and secure domain name transfer and adjust name server settings
(provided client authorizes such actions)
- Upload and installation of the latest version of client-preferred CMS. This
does NOT include any customization of the CMS.
- Configuration of up to 35 users (with their email boxes and ftp accounts or
subdomains, if any)
